The author uses very simple modules to form various open and closed polyhedra and kusudamas. She fills square boxes with rectangular or triangular elements. For some models you only need to fold six modules. But you can also choose between polyhedra of 8, 12, 20, 24, 48, 60 or even 90 modules.
The models invite you to play with colors. The output format is usually the paper size 15x15cm. Some elements are based on the size DIN A4, 12x12cm or 7.5×7.5cm.
